To create your personal account on Macondo Store click on Account in the upper bar, select the heading DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT? REGISTER! and follow the instructions provided.

To edit your account information, simply log in to your Private area, click on your nickname that will appear in the upper bar, and then select MODIFY under your personal information.

If you forget your Account password you can request the reset on the login page. You will receive an email with all the information you need to change your password.

When your package is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email through which you can track your order.
You will also be able to check the status of your order at any time in the ORDERS section after logging in to your Account.

Shipping times vary from 48 to 72 hours depending on the shipping service chosen when ordering.

Yes. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and weight of the order, and therefore will be calculated at check-out.

The following payment methods are accepted at Macondo Store: Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal and Klarna)
Paypal.
For each online payment we guarantee a high standard of security that will make the data entered unreadable to third parties.

The charge will be made at the time your order is confirmed.

If you wish to return or exchange items purchased from the Macondo Store, you can log into your Account or write an email to customer@macondostore.com within 14 days of delivery. Remember that shipping costs incurred for the return or exchange will be in charge of the customer.
