Order processing

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our store.

Outside the EU, rates and thresholds are converted into your local currency at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or because of customs checks.

In-store pickup (Verona)

Free pickup at our boutique in Galleria Pellicciai 5, Verona. Please wait for our confirmation email that your order is ready, and bring it with you when collecting.

Duties & taxes

Italy and European Union: prices include VAT. No customs duties apply.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and other non-EU countries: prices are shown in your local currency and Italian VAT is not charged. Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid together with your order, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Delivery attempts & responsibility

If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, return and re-delivery charges may be deducted from your refund. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
