2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) or by other mandatory consumer protection rules.

3. Products and availability

Descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

4. Prices and payments

Prices for Italy and the European Union are in EUR and include VAT. For non-EU countries, prices are shown in your local currency without Italian VAT, and any import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Order confirmation

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only. A contract is formed when the order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel orders due to payment issues, stock errors or suspected fraud; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Verona, Italy, within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Italy: 1–2 business days
• European Union & Switzerland: 2–3 business days
• United Kingdom & International: 3–5 business days

Estimates are indicative and may vary due to carriers or customs. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are listed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, using our online function Withdraw from contract here or by email. Conditions, exceptions, refunds, the return address and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128–135-septies of the Italian Consumer Code. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All site content is property of IMPACT S.r.l. or its licensors. Any use requires prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. These limits do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

11. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, contact online@macondostore.com. If we cannot resolve it together, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, and you always keep the right to go to court.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer lives or is domiciled, and consumers resident in another EU country also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country. For all other customers, the courts of Milan, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
