Massimo Osti founded Chester Perry in 1971; the label became C.P. Company in 1978. His research connected military and utilitarian clothing with experiments in fabric, dyeing and construction. That history established a particular approach to sportswear, in which practical garment forms become a starting point for material innovation and distinctive detail.
